A Metodologia

Metodologia de Harvard

We are the only undergraduate program in the country to genuinely use the renowned Case
Method in undergraduate studies, a methodology used for years by CEU Law, ISE, and IESE Business Schools’ executive
executive education programs. Harvard’s methodology allows students in Law and Economics to explore real-world dilemmas, putting them in the role of decision-makers, thus developing analytical skills and critical thinking, making learning more dynamic and effective.

Rapid personal and professional maturity.

This methodology accelerates the development of behavioral and professional maturity by offering a broad view and understanding of the impacts of the decisions being made; encouraging students to rethink their personal approach to problem-solving, precise diagnosis of causes, and relationships between different areas, as well as alternative and better solutions to diverse challenges.

This requires prior preparation and a high level of student involvement with the subject matter and classroom discussions.
